*Please allow 3 days for order processing. Most items are made fresh to order daily/weekly*
Local Pick Ups:
Select pick up at check out if you are In Emporium or surrounding areas. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. I will also email you to let you know available days and times I will be here. Pick ups must be picked up within 5 business days of getting email notice that your order is ready.
Shipping:
Shipping is available to anywhere in the USA Only.
We can't control shipping speed of your package once dropped off at post office. Be sure to chose appropriate shipping needed at checkout. If your shipping is estimated a lot higher than it ends up actually being we will refund the difference.
Deliveries:
Deliveries will be limited and by special request only. The cost of delivery will be determined on a case by case basis and limited to the surrounding area of Emporium, PA.
Returns:
Due to the nature of food related products returns will not be accepted.
Damaged Items:
Items damaged during shipment will require a photo of the shipping box and the damaged product.
Preorders:
Orders that contain a product marked preorder will not ship until all items are available.
Preorder lead times may vary due to item that needs made. Fruits and Veggies take longer.

Freeze Dried Emporium has been family owned and operated since October 2021. Our small business resides in the beautiful Pa Wilds. We strive to provide quality products at a reasonable price. We like to make most of our items bite size so that they aren't as messy and easier to eat and take with you on the go.
The Freeze drying process involves removing moisture from the items to make them shelf stable and to preserve them longer. Freeze dried foods retain almost all their nutrition when compared to dehydrated items. Candy and Ice Cream are fun to eat! The texture of them changes after being freeze dried. Ice cream becomes dry and crunchy. Candy that is normally sticky or gummy become light and airy with a crunchiness to them. When freeze dried the flavor really comes out in the items.
